The farmhouse has been adapted for family rural tourism and consists, on its ground floor, of two completely independent accommodations: La Fleca y La Llar. However, it is possible to rent the entire property without sharing any spaces with other guests. Please contact the host for more information.

Pricing policy: our prices are calculated per person (whether adults, children, or infants). The agreed price remains unchanged even if some members of the booking group are ultimately unable to attend.
Additional bed: there is an extra price for additional bed/night required.

Reservation conditions
Reservation fee: 30% of the total price.
Deposit: 30% of the total price, which is refunded a few days after check-out, provided there are no damages.
Cancellation policy: until 4 weeks before to the arrival, the reservation fee is 100% refundable.
Covid-19 policy: only in case of municipal, regional or Spanish Estate confinement, the full refund of the reservation fee will take place regardless of the day on which these measures are established.
In the event that someone tests positive for Covid before the reserved dates, the standard reservation conditions are not altered (see point “Reservation conditions”) and the payment of the stay will be in full according to the people for whom the reservation was made at the beginning. 3
